Your description isn't good. Based on what you wrote, I recommend unplugging the negative terminal on the batter for 30 minutes. This will reset the computer. When you start it back up, let it idle to operating temperature, then turn on the A/C for a couple of minutes. This will set the idle.

Then drive it for 10+ miles to set the "adaptive behavior."

You need to take it in and have the deasler pull error codes, or with it being the weeken dgo to yourt local autozone, they will do it for free. Don't reset the comptuer before you go or they won't be able to see what it is doing. It's a new car no sense in you owrrying about it, take it in that's what the warranty is for. I beleive that yellow wrench light is fail safe mode even with all the errors my car was throwing from a faulty trans sensor that never came on. Take it in. I'm wondienrg if it didn't pull some gunk into a line somewhere when your tank went near dry. Was your FG red? it gets red when you are really, realyl low on fuel.

OT- I was out the other night driving somewhere, not normally out at night and was messing around and took the car to redline and noticed the tach turns red for a second when you hit redline. it was cool, had me wishing you could set that to turn red a few hundred RPM before redline, would make a great baked in shift light. It was very bright with all other lights inside the car on blue.

Whenever you run the tank down to empty, you risk sucking trash into the fuel line (even the most trustworthy fuel stations have some trash in their gas). Get your error codes checksd (most auto parts stores will do it for free or very cheap) and address the codes. My first step would be to replace the in-line fuel filter. It may be plugged with gunk.

FG = Fuel Gauge

I'm having difficulty understanding what it is you're describing. It seems that, whatever the problem is, it resets when you turn off the ignition and then re-start. But please let us know what they say at the shop.
