I went with a 3.5 because I also used a 10% overdrive balancer. I'm making more boost with that combination than I was with a 3.250 pulley and stock balancer.

All I can say is shop around. They turn up from time to time. Check ebay and the classifieds of all the forums you belong to.

One of my concerns is the GP-720 Alt pulley with me having a EForce its simular to a Saleen blower they have the Alt flipped with the pulley pointing toward the moter instead of away from moter I am sure if it works with the Saleen I will be fine??

I can't remember anything out of the ordinary with the ac pulley. It comes off in two parts, one is held on with a bolt and I think the pulley itself came off with a wheel puller. It's simple enough to figure out otherwise I would of made a comment about it.

All I know about is what I did, a whipple.

Thanks! I should have no problem then! I have a few dif size pullers in the tool box. Just looked at the A/C Compressor and it being 100 deg outside today tells me I dont want to screw it up! LOL!

Great write-up. I have a feeling I'll be needing to do this sometime in near future.

The GP720 Alternator pulley will not work with a Edelbrock Eforce supercharger Edelbrock reverses the Alternator mounting position and they put a specific alternator pulley with their kit I tried every thing to see if GP720 could be shimed / spaced proper to work with the eforce and trust me it wont.
Even the Saleen 8 rib alt pulley is diffrent spacing than the edelbrock even though the Saleen is also mounted reversed I learned its due to the Edelbrock mounting bracket puts the alternator further out than the Saleen.
So my solution is to send the specific Edelbrock Altenator pulley to Inovators West and have them make a 8 rib version of the eforce alt pulley.

I dont even know that this will help any one on here but maybe it will thought I would share my findings just incase!

finished 8 rib pulley set up for my Edelbrock Eforce setup with 18% ODC.

My Setup Parts list:

#YB542 A/C compressor clutch pulley
#300-006 Power steering pulley
#805 Innovaters West 18% Billet Overdrive Crank pulley
Innovatters West Eforce Billet Alternator pulley
Innovaters West Eforce Billet 3.1" Blower pulley
PM-102-76 Thump RRR Billet Tensioner with 76mm 8 rib idler
PM-3001 Thump RRR Billet Gripper Plate/Extention arm with 8 rib Idler
PM-20100 Thump RRR Billet 8 rib 100mm 8 rib Idler
#K081000 Gates 100 5/8" Belt

This set up is for Eforce with a 18% and the belt routing is diffrent than if using standard size crank pulley up to 10% OD crank also the part # PM-3001 is not nessasary it only adds more wrap around the blower pulley if you would like a less expensive alternative you would replace the top passenger side idler with a 90mm 8 rib idler and you could just go with stamped steel pulleys.
Obviously I wanted the best I could have when doing this setup and I like billet. Thump RRR had the best price on billet idlers and there quality is top notch.
I have a extra Innovaters west 8 rib billet eforce altonator pulley if any one needs one PM me you cant purchase them strait out anywhere they have to make them and you have to wait I ended up with two IW charged 110.00 to make.
For the blower pulley IW had to make cost 125.00

I did the install myself It was much simpler than I precieved it to be at first. GO FOR IT! 8 rib is a great improvement and I think worth it!

Bruce, what was your before and after boost level?

Was this upgrade to eliminate the belt slip problem you were having, or just to prevent belt slip in case it was happening, and you gained boost by doing it.
