All parts except for the supercharger pulley and balancer were purchased for under $200. The Whipple pulley was $55 used. Balancer was $425 shipped. A Navigator balancer could be substituted for under $100.
Did you use the same water pump pulley from the 6 rib setup?

Default alternator pulley doesn't fit

I just ordered the pulleys for my 2008 and everything was going ok until I got to the alternator. My car has the new clutch pulley on it and the GP720 does not. Is there an alternate 8 rib clutch pulley? Thanks for any help and for the great write up on 8 rib conversion.

I saw all the part numbers you listed but where did you order all of these?

All I can say is shop around. They turn up from time to time. Check ebay and the classifieds of all the forums you belong to.
How much before and after boost did you make? Is there any specific reason you went with the 3.5 instead of something even smaller?

Some of those pullies (most) are from a 03-05 f250 6.0L turbodeisel econoline van IIRC. I found all but the AC compressor pulley at the local parts store. Paid more tho.. I just use my stock water pump pulley and no problems. Thump sells some real nice billet smooth idlers in an 8 rib also. They were worth it to me, and just upgraded to their 76mm dual bearing idlers.
