Default I popped a DTC 2195 and 2196

I've been chasing an intermittant rough idle lately, today I got a cel. I checked it and got both a 2195 and 2196! Both rich and lean bank 1 Has my O2 sensor failed me? I think that's an output of > 3.8vdc for one and < 2.8vdc for the other.

I would say no, running rich can be caused by a few problems I doubt both banks would fail at same time. Best thing to do is look up the proper diagnostic procedures for that code and follow the test patterns. However with the mods you have and most likely a custom tune you never know.

Check for exhaust leaks before the o2 (header flanges) and vacuum leaks.

My O2 sensor is before the collector flange, I don't think I have a vacume leak any more, my boost gauge did have a vacume leak at the fitting, I replaced the leaking rubber junction a week and a half ago, now I have about 20 lbs at idle. My lean and rich codes are both bank 1 (both lean and rich bank 1 at the samre time). Could a CAI leak cause this occurance?

I read that wrong. Both lean and rich huh...? That could be an exhaust leak by the O2's as stated above, bad fuel pressure, leaking injector, leak in the CAI, bad spark plug, there are tons and tons of possible causes. Being you have a list of heavy mods I'ld systematically go through all connections on the intake and exhaust side, check condition of plugs.

I checked for exhaust leakes, checked my CAI, checked O2 sensor cables, all good. Today, I reset the codes, and tested, did not throw another code, but I fear I will again soon. After the motor is warm, at idle, I'll peg the A/F guage at 16, it will stay there 10, 15, 20 seconds or so, creep back to 14.6 or .7 then creep back to pegged lean, then all over again. Driving yields what appears to be normal A/F. I did reflash my computer tonight, no change. I'll pull my plugs later in the week, then move on to injectors. Any one know if dirty injectors will lean out a motor only at idle? My vacume is 20 to 21 at idle and fuel pressure is about 42 lbs at idle (I have GT500 fuel pumps). Forgot to add, at idle, if I gently rev, it will richen up.

You can get replacement o2 sensors pretty cheap through either Tousley Ford or Rockauto.com.

May just be a good thing to replacement them.

I think I found the issue, it had been getting worse. I found the gasket blown out a little on the passenger side between the blower and the intake. I cranked it and shot a little brake cleaner at it and it choked the engine a little. One of the blower bolts had loosened causing the blowout. Tomorrow I'm odering a gasket from Whipple. I won't be able to get on it for a couple weeks, so tonight I hopeully temporarely fixed it. I lossened the blower bolts, lifted the blower slightly and worked the gasket back in. I then put an ugly bead of "The Right Stuff" at the seam. It was too late to crank it when done to check it. Hope it works!

Yep, that looks like a problem. Most likely your fix, but if not, should be fixed anyways.

That was it. test drove it this morning, when it went into closed loop, A/F was perfect! I'm ordering a gasket today to fix my Frankenstein repair!
