Default Universal Nitrous Kits?!

I'm looking into Nitrous and I've seen that people have said we can't use universal nitrous kits on the s197's. I was looking into getting a basic NOS sniper kit and running a NOS mini progressive controller on it and do see how it can not work with our cars. Anybody have experience on this topic?

The universal/older kits don't include a way for you to pick up the throttle position since the S197 uses a drive by wire system for throttle control. the kits are the same otherwise. By using the progressive controller you're adding the needed component to interface with the TPS and provide the WOT signal so you will be good to go. I would try posting in the Pipes, Boost & Juice section to see if anyone has done this but to me it looks pretty straight forward.
