Default PI SWAP PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP

ok first off thank god for this forum and all the great people on here!! now thats out the way here is my problem i decided to do a pi swap on my 98 mustang gt the guy who set the timing set it to the old heads instead of starting over a TDC... so when i tried to start the car "smack" i hit the passenger side valves and bent 4 of them..it broke the timing chain etc etc.. i pulled that head and had all valves replaced AGIAN because i had the heads shaved .30 thousanths and i had them "pocket ported" and decided to do the swap 100% right no shortcuts anyways my problem is this i had those valves replaced i set the timing at TDC cams and crank and started the car it ran fine but it lacks power!! A moped will out run it!!!! the passenger side exhaust pipe blows out hot exhaust and the drivers side is cold what do you all think the problem is?? is it possible the driver side valves are also bent it sounds like its "CAMMIN" really hard and it shakes the car!! i checked for vaccum leaks i mad sure all my wires on the harness is plugged in etc etc.. the only other mods i have is mac cold air intake, bbk off road H pipe, flowmaster super 44's other than that and the swap its stock i also replaced all sparkplugs to match the 02 heads i put on it any help will be greatly appriciated thanks agian john

You're in the wrong section. Try the SN95 section. Good luck with the problem.

I'm betting the cam on the cold side is no where near set straight line with the proper crank position and your blowing intake right out the exhaust port.
