Haha, not my site, I just fully and wholly support it! I'm all for raising the awareness of the left lane for faster, or passing traffic. It is the law in most places after all
Though, if you do end up getting a REVO EVOM sticker (or similar) you have to make sure you follow that law even more consciously.

I would say no, don't expect any gains from it. If your airbox is installed correctly around the intake it's blocking engine heat and drawing in air from the front right, that hood adds air in the engine area... even then, i think it's exaggerated claims because your grill is an open design for airflow anyway.. it's BS.. now the saleen shaker supercharger is a bit different, it's designed to pull air from outside... if you really wanted to test it you can pull out your light assembly from infront of the intake, if you dont notice a difference from doing that you definetly wont notice one from the hood.
