05 GT Suddenly Died - TB Wont Open
05 GT suddenly died. Have lights, good battery and all that. Towed it home. All stock with exception of an M-90 and 4.10 gears.
Codes P2104, P2107, P2110. All throttle related.
Changed TPS sensor, clocked the spring, cleaned TB. When the throttle blade actuator is plugged in, I cannot get my code reader to read. With key on the throttle blade motor just chatters. Looked in the obvious places for a bad ground. Car will not crank.
When I dissconnect the throttle blade actuator, all sounds normal. No chatter in the throttle blade motor, fuel pump spools and I can get my code reader to work. Car will crank. With key on and someone looking into the throttle body, the blades will not open when depressing the accelerator pedal.
A member at another site had an identical problem after some heavy diagnostic. His issue was with this relay and diode that located near the throttle pedal. I found this and have it in my hand. 5R3T-2CO13-AA. It is apparently not a common part as I have been waiting for it since Tuesday.
Have been trying to cross reference this relay to some other car part. Its like this part does not exist.
Anyone else have this issue?
