GT500 blower

GT500 blower
hello, new to the s197 world. stepping up from my '91 fox... i just bought my parents 05 gt.
Ive seen a few stock blowers off of the 07+ GT500s on ebay for really cheap. will that blower fit on the 3v 4.6? is it a viable mod, or is it a waste of time and money? i do plan to supercharge the car eventually, but i am on a pretty tight budget, student loans, entry level state job with an entry level state salary right now... you know the deal...
the car is a 5 speed, stock 3:31s, 47,000 miles and has the cervinis body kit on it, which i plan on removing due to the fact that, well, i dont like it or the side pipes...
any help would be great.

Actually what was said is not true anymore. There will be a kit that will make it fairly easy and reasonably cheap to put a GT500 blower on the 4.6 3V motor.

Beat me to it. If you are too lazy to read the thread, there is an adapter being tested right now that allows for a gt500 blower to be used. He is dyno testing it right now, has to get a new clutch since it started slipping around 430tq. When the adapter goes on sale, it will be around $1800. So you can piece together your parts (blower, injectors, intercooler, plugs, stuff like that) and it will can be pretty cheap.
