I own a C&L racer...but would recommend the Ford Racing. Can't mess with factory fit and finish!

ANY as long as it requires a tune and you get tunes with it. Otherwise, don't bother. A stand-alone CAI MUST be a no-tune-required CAI to keep from throwing a lean code and won't gain you any worthwhile power. The tune is the meat of the power gain, providing about 80% of the overall gain from the combo. All of the CAI's are about equivalent with the tune-required CAI's holding a slight edge.

Stand-alone CAI = roughly 3-5 RWHP
CAI & custom tune combo = roughly 20-25 RWHP

Shameless plug.....JLT 110mm Carbon Fiber intakes are great! Brenspeed was actually able to document h/p increases from it. It does require a tune.
