Yeah I was surprised to find that as well.
But we did get ours two years ago so the price may have gone up a little.

hahaha, this is true. Is there any difference with the 06-09 shelbys. I only ask b/c Ford will change something just enough to make it difficult. Like for instance the A/C ***** are different from 05-06 than 07-09. Thanks Ford...lol

No difference.

BTW the GT500 came back as an 07 model not 06. The Shelby Hertz came out in 06 I believe. Im not sure if it had a chin spoiler but dont say 06 Shelby just in case because if it did
if could have been different. I remember when the GT500 was announced and first started coming out after because we had an 06GT and the GT500 was announced after that as an 07
and we wanted one SOOO bad. But they were selling all over the place for up to 30k or more OVER STICKER price lol!

hahaha thanks you are right, I've done that before thinking the Cobra came out in 06. I really wanted one of those Hertz's mustangs until I found it was only auto. I remember the Shelby's being like that for about a year or more. I almost bought one this 2nd go around but decided I didn't want the payment in the end. Plus I figured for 5-6 grand I could get real close on the power side. I couldn't pass the deal on this one. It had 3,500 miles and they only wanted $21,000 for it. I signed the paers and flew out of there. ;-) Mine is a daily driver right now.

thanks for letting me know about the splitter. I actually looked up a few dealers this morning to call.
