Hi,

What is the PSI for the stock fuel rail on the 4.6L 3V? I am installing new Fore Precision Works fuel rails and want to add a fuel pressure gauge hanging off the 1/8 npt port on the rail, but I am not sure which gauge would be okay to use. Some only goe up to 15-16 PSI and others handle up to 100.

It should be between 30 and 35 psi on the stock pump. You will need the higher pressure gauge.

Get one that handles to 100 psi. I probably make 70 psi under boost.

I think your money would be better spent on a wideband. A wideband will tell you more then a fuel pressure gauge.
