I have a lead on a used FRPP CAI that looks like it's new out of the box and a great price. Question is, will the design for a 2006 fit my 2010? The distance between me and the seller doesn't allow me to try a fit in person before purchasing.

No I dont think it will, the bend in the intake tube is different because of the placement of the power steering reservoir.

I have found some manufacturers advertising 05 thru 10, but others cut off at 09. I am assuming that the 2010 has a CAI specific to only that year because of the return of the 5.0 in 2011?

definitely '10 is different. I dont believe FRPP has a '10 even out yet.
