I purchased a set of cast ford plates used. After install, cold starts the car will start and idle at roughly 1500 RPMS (normal) after a few second it will go to 2500 RPMS for 10 seconds or so...Can someone guide me in the right direction? I have removed and noticed some oil around the ports. Normal? Took all seals out and cleaned with carb cleaner. Also cleaned block again....While running sprayed WD 40 to check for vacuum leaks; nothing. I also installed UDP's could is possibly be them acting up?

 

Need them deleted from your tune.
