After a few minutes of letting it sit in my driveway idling, the idle seemed to get a little smother so I took it for a drive around my neighborhood. While driving, you could tell it was for sure misfiring. Got a CEL, and pulled the codes as soon as it came on.
It came up with a:
1) P0600 Serial Communication Link Malfunction
2) P0211 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 11(?????????)
3) P0506 Idle Control System RPM Lower Than Expected

I never erased the codes. When I got home, I checked for DTCs again, and it came up with a:
1) P0600 Serial Communication Link Malfunction
2) P2105 Throttle actuator control-Forced engine shutdown
3) P2196 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich
4) P2198 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich
5) U0300 Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility

Ok, last update of the night:

Sprayed brake cleaner all over the vacuum lines, air intake, and anything else I could think of.. Idle rpms didn't fluctuate at all. So I don't think this is a vacuum leak.. :/

P0600 Serial Communication Link Malfunction

That error indicates the ECU may be fried.

Did you have any tuning issues with the car?

Got it running!
I went to O'Riley after noting the new Mass Air Flow Sensor they gave me didn't look right (it looked used.. Like maybe someone had returned it). I exchanged it for a brand new one, popped it in and it ran like a champ! I've been driving it around running errands all afternoon, and it's been running great. No check engine lights or anything.. But I got my taxes back yesterday, so I'm going to for sure get it dyno tuned this week!

Thanks for all your help guys!
