I only use E3 because its a one piece plug and has an electrode at least similar to the stock one.

I've changed the factory plugs once, broke 2. Black coils. I replaced them with the same Motorcraft, but anti-seized the hell out of them. I'll be due soon, just thinking I may want to go with a one piece plug.

Champion 7989 here. No issues since changing them, and that was years ago.

Champion one piece here too. I don't worry about hearing that dreaded "snap" any more.

I did the change to Champion 7989 too with no problems - other than the worry about breaking the originals. No codes at all and good performance. I can't tell the diff from the originals.
