Not often I hit a wall like this on a mod but I'm stumped. I installed a 2.3L Whipple HO kit a month ago with the BBK 62mm TB. Had to use the rubber coupling that came with the BBK throttle body (meant for BBK intake that was previously installed on car when N/A) to install the Whipple intake tube to the mouth of the TB. The coupler that comes with the S/C kit is meant for stock diameter throttle body and does not fit the larger diameter BBK. I called Whipple and they said it's a 4-4 1/2'' reducer tube that I need but their suppliers do not make one so I'm just S.O.L . I also called BBK and they don't even know the dimensions of their products . Surely there is someone running this setup or knows of a solution or place to get a coupling? Thinking maybe it's easier to buy another throttle body that is made to work with the Whipple?
