Default Charging system problem

2007 GT Deluxe 65K 4.6L

I am getting a charging system light on the dash along with the check engine light. Had the alternator and battery tested and both test good.

The car acts sluggish after the codes are thrown. Like with the pedal depressed for full throttle the car is responds with half throttle. However, if I charge the battery to full and reset the computer I won't get this problem until after maybe 30-45 minutes of driving. So I thought maybe it is a grounding issue that may be hampering the voltage. If it -is- a grounding issue how should I go about fixing this? Thanks for reading.

Forgot to mention that it is intermittent. It will show the battery light only for a minute or so and then disappear... starting to sound more and more like a ground now that I think about it..
