yea i gapped pretty close to .054 but cylinder 4 spark plug failed and i changed it out with another champion and it works just fine again. I bought them for the one piece design but after researching it looks like the motor-craft sp-514 can hold up well without breaking because they are welded (that is what i have heard so far)

 

oh and the car has 144k miles

 

 

 

55.6k and no problems (other than hood paint)

 

107,000. New clutch, reworked transmission. Getting car repainted next year. Car is now a hotrod with the Kooks Longtube Headers. The Detriot Rocker cams are now awake.
