how do you check the voltage of the TPS? and what would it do if it was a bad unit?
IIRC I always set my TPS to .94-.95 volts. Always have that shaky idle at stop lights? lol good luck finding that problem. I create a special harness that was incorporated into the TPS wires. they were ports that allowed me to attach a DIGITAL voltmeter ( I stress digital b/c analog meters are hard to gauge/ judge). I also made a special screwdriver that was short which allowed me to loosen the TPS screws out back. the TPS rotates on the throttle blade shaft and transfer a signal. it might take some time to get right but here is a good write-up: http://www.turbotbird.com/techinfo/I..._June2005.html
just found out that my connector on the TPS was not plugged in all the way, it idles better already, i am gonna take a look at adjusting it pretty soon here
