alternator want charge

alternator want charge
Need some input guys. Got a 92 and won't charge the battery. Have gotten another one and even checked my wiring and plugs to make sure they were good. Need a ideal on what maybe causing this

Battery is new and alternator is new and checked by to different stores but think I found problem. Going to bypass the green wire on regulator to a hot with key on and see if that solves the problem
