I changed the idle air control valve and checked for codes and none came up. I also can not find any vaccuum leaks. I can't find the reason for my car to stall and idle surge. And when i push in the clutch when shifting it surges too. Can anyone help?

 

I had that problem but it was from overtightning my intake bolts, seems the intake gasket started leaking an it was worse when the engine was cold and better when the engine warmed up... hope this helps.

 

try these few things:

clean the MAF
replace the PCV valve and screen
check the voltage on the TPS
