how far do you all think ill be able to lower my mustang with 18x9 and 18x10 wheels without major issues. its a 95 gt.

 

i would say maybe an inch but im not so sure cuz 18 are pretty big as it is

 

No more than 2 inches.
I just dropped mine 1.3 inches. Looks so much better now.

 

how much room do you have before the tires hit the inner fender

 

no more than 2 inches, but im sure ur tires will still rub something. mine sits pretty low. i went out and measured it and it sits from the ground up to the middle of the fender front 26 in. and rear 27 in. in my (dirt) driveway.

 

You have more clearance than a fox w/ the sn95, but you still might have some trouble w/ the quad shocks. take 'em out and get a set of U/L control arms.

 

i havent got the wheels in yet but its lowers about 2 inches on the cobra R 17's i was hoping the 18's will fit under there now.

 

I think my stang has been lowered 2 inches, but IDK for sure since the owner before me did it. Eventually I'll be getting some drag shocks and U/L control arms. I need to stuff some 305s in my rear, but without tubbing it. Maybe I won't go that wide...I'll try first with some 285 drag radials.

 

if ur goin with a lower profile tire like you would usually want to with an 18" wheel as opposed to a 17" wheel, then all u really gotta be worried about is the width b/c It'll be pretty much the same diameter tire...

 

aight cool...i got 35's so it should be ok i guess. 255 front 275 rear.
