Default Mustang 5 lug conversion Master Cylinder Question.

I just did a 5 lug disk conversion on my 91 gt mustang. I used lincoln mark VII rear brake parts and SN 95 front brake parts. I have replaced the master cylinder, power booster, and proportioning valve from a 95 mustang gt. Ok, now the question:

The new master cylinder does not have the hole on the bottom for the front drivers side brake line as the old one did have... What do I do with this front right brake line? DO I just splice it in with the front Passengers side line that comes out from the new proportioning valve?

Also I need the hole and thread size for the 95 gt proportioning valve to help me with adapters...The one I took out had 3/8 24 and 7/16 24 thread sizes, but the new valve is considerably larger. I also need the thread and hole sizes for both the old and new master cylinders, again, to help me get adapters for the lines....Any website that lists this information? Or if anyone knows anything please help.
