Default grinding 4th

I have a 1991 black GT with the borgs and warner t-5. We rebuilt the car engine last year in school and has been running fine. My only problem is that when I shift into fourth gear over 3,500 rpm it grinds. Sometimes when I double clutch it wont. I read in 5.0 mustang and super fords that they hat a cobra kit on a fow chassey and due to a miss alligned clutch they had the same problem. I was wondering if this could be my problem. I was also wondering what my HP was. I have a K&N, E-303 cam, underdrive pulleys, 10:1 compresion, no smog, h-pipe, flows, and 4:11 gears. thanks for anything.
