i've decided
alright folks heres the deal just got an 88 drop top body and im getting a 302 with a high performance hydraulic cam and a c6 tranny with a high performance shift kit and a aftermarket stall....any other suggestions to get it supped up without spending too much money cause im getting the engine built from scratch, no rebuild or anything like that
any help would be greatly appreciated

for auto, go c4. the extra weight and resistance fo the c6 is absolutely not worth the extra carrying capacity (which you wont even come close to with a cammed 302). look into PA (performance automatic). they offer good C4 packages.

and yeah- go with a c4 instead of c6.
