Default 5 lug disk upgrade done!

So I finally finished my 5 lug disk upgrade on my 91gt... I used sn95 parts in front and lincoln mark VII parts in the rear...After cutting and reflaring lots of brake lines and several days worth of headache, Ive got it all working but I am having an issue with Pedal feel. There is none, The pedal goes all the way to the floor before it engages, the car still stops fine, it just feels really bad.... I used the booster, master cylinder and proportioning valve from a 95 mustang. ..

Is there something Im not doing that I should be so that I get more pedal back? Would adjusting the pushrod between the booster/master cylinder help me at all?

I have also read about shortening the brake pedal, Would this be beneficial to me at all?

Anything else I can do?

Yes, The brakes are bled. I am thinking to adjust the pushrod from the booster to the master cylinder..Does this seem like it would work?
