i have a 5.0 n/a with trickflow street heads what is the best plug to use

 

All sparkplugs are about the same. The resistance that a standard one makes is basically non existant in almost all cars. So it depends if you want to spend the extra cash for bosch platinum 4s for the extra .5-2hp they MIGHT make in your car, or if you wan the basic autolites that you can pick up for the price of 1-2 boschs.
