Default shocks?

I have FMS B springs on my stang. My question is could I stay with a stock shocks and struts or do I have to get aftermarket ones? The struts and shocks that I have on the car right now have been on there for a while and I know that I need them but I don't race the car at all, I just drive the car back and fourth to work.

The stock shocks/struts probably won't give you the ride you're looking for w/ the B springs. You don't have to spend a lot of money to make a big difference.... look at KYB or Tokico. You can get a good set [front and rear] on ebay [new!] for under $300.

Thanks. I really appreciate the response to my question. The only reason that I was asking was that I'm on a limited buget and if I could get some stock type struts/shocks and get a semi good ride then I was going to get that. Plus I get a discount at Auto Zone.

just do a search on ebay for tokico or kyb and put mustang in w/ it. The Tokico blue shocks were 263 shipped, I think. Those would be great shocks. I was looking at them, but decided on either the Tokico Illumina [$430] or the KYB AGX [$330].

I wouldn't do that since he has aftermarket springs. The FRPP springs don't drop it a whole lot, but they're also different spring rates so the stock shocks/struts aren't valved to control that kind of rebound. It won't ride like those springs were meant to make it ride. Look at KYB GR2 or Gas-A-just. They aren't much more than stock replacements, but will work a helluva lot better.
