Default Question about T5 Compatability

So, here's my situation. I have a friend with a manual V6 95 Mustang, that he's offering at a great price. I however, want a V8. If I buy a 5.0 from the junkyard, can I drop it in and have it bolt up to the T5 Tranny, or what will I have to change?
