I want to convert my lx to a gt and add to the bumpers and side skirts. Is it true i have to replace the door mouldings. I've heard you have to and i've you don't now they got me second guessing. Need help

The moldings are different. You do not have to but the doors will have different moldings. Anyone who is familiar with 5.0's will be able to tell. The molding just peels off, its held on by double sided sticky tape. Just take a heat gun (or a blowdryer) and heat it up and peel it off.

i've seen a gt with no mouldings but the rest of the gt kit and it looked good
