see thats the whole thing, i havent seen it yet. he didnt say anything about fuel leaking but i dont know.

check the firing order, you said he changed the plugs, and if he is a dumass he put them on in the wrong order.

make sure the injector plugs are on and any other electrical connection.

check the wire that goes to the coil, timing, all connectors, fireing order, vacum lines

he might have ruined some of the injectors by messing with the tips of them

Just jam a screwdriver in the fuel rail fitting and push it down and if fuel shoots out it has fuel, then I'd be checking the injector wiring if it has fuel.
