Promblem with my tran's
i have a 89 LX mustang.. When i take of the line fast and try to shift into 2nd gear at hight RPM's it would not let me, i hear a grind noice.But when am driving normal it shift's fine.... I need so info on what could be the promblem...

You probably have worn sycros and will probably need them replaced. Syncos are the things that help you gears engage while the gears are turning. They do go bad, it is common on the T5 and a rebuild kit has them.
