The crank pulley needed some helping hands to get off thats why I needed the Hammer hehe.

The Red sleeves I got from work I dont recall the brand though.

I got some updated pics Ill post them in a few minutes.

Heres some updated pics.

I can only work on it for about 2-3 hours a day because of time restrictions. I just put all the pulleys on and fan and shruod.

I had to make sure everything is lining up right so i dont tear a belt.

The clearances were supertight! Vortech really did their homework on this. I mean the space between the Crank and the fan Are like a half inch and the water pump pulley and crank are about 1/8 inch apart.

You're right that's a tight fit for sure. Can't wait to hear how everything runs once it's done. Did you have to notch your pistons or anything for compression?

Nope, everything is clearing. I just got the PowerPipe and im in the middle of painting it so Ill be able to finish her tomarrow.

I got to go to work in 15 mins
