it is just a hose fitting on the back side of your lower intake. you should see it. you need to get vacuum to it. i dont know why but mine my pcv hose came loose once and it made my snap-in oil cap and dipstick fly out. pretty weird, i guess it messes something up bad so id definetly fix that...sorry no pics though. if no one else has one ill try to get you one tomorrow. itll be hard to get a good one though. do you have a three way t-shape with hoses running to it behind your intake? thats where the pcv vacuum hose hook up. if that helps any. good luck

On my 88, my pcv valve doesn't have the 90* elbow.

I wonder why the variation. Is yours a MAF or SD? Just curious.

Fair enough. I don't know, maybe someone changed my valve. I went to Pep Boys, and they handed me one of those elbow dips, and I'm all, "What I'm pose to do wit dis?" Trivial matter really--so long as it works.

When you buy a relpacement valve it's not going to look the same as the stock one. They're universal to fit more than one type. When I replaced mine I broke the plastic elbow in the hose between the valve and the back of the head. It's really easy to fix make sure you look how everything is connected before replacing it. You should also relpace the oil separator...a magnet is the best way to get it out I've found. Hope this is useful.
