Rear Seat Removal

Anyone out there know how to pull the rear seat on an 86 convert?

Lower? My 90' GT has the style where you kneel on it and push it back. Just did it last week

On my 86 hatch you put you knee on the front of the seat and push back. Took my a while to figure it out but its real simple.
