So can some1 go step by step on how hard it would be to swap a 4 cyl motor out of a 77 stang and dropping a 302 into it? With a price range also..

you mit have better luck wth that question in the general tech or 5.0 sections. I don't have a clue and don't know where to look for the answer. but when I swaped the 6 pack out of my 66 I looked at differences in catalogs.

well i dont know much about the 77's but if it had a 4 cyl. im going to assume u will need to motor mounts, suspension, rear end for starters.......
