Does this likely mean the computer's shot. Car has no spark, fuel pumps prime and all, voltages off the tfi are accurate. Did the computer test koeo and got a code 15 which is rom failure, the computer has constant 12 volts going to it on pin 1.

Clear codes by starting a KOEO (if you're following the DIY VOM/CEL/Test Light procedure), and as soon as the system starts flassing the codes, disconnect the STI jumper....turn Ign Off, wait 10 seconds, and rerun a KOEO self-test. Code 15 shouldn't be there.
By disconnecting the battery, you are interrupting voltage to KAM...reason why the code is stored when you reconnect the battery. Hope this helps.
That was the last last thing I did was disconnect when the test started, I didn't run the test again but the car still didn't start, do you know of any way to test the computer?
