I would look into the EGR valve being shot. Does anyone else agree this might be an issue?
I had the ingition module replaced, or should I say it went out after I bought the car one month ago. It made a night and day difference. That is the only thing I changed, so maybe your Ignition module is going bad, as mine was before it went completely dead. ONce the new module was in, it was NIGHT and Day difference. But from what I have read and heard, your EGR Valve might be the issue here.

fix the MAF and see if that other code goes away. lots of times one malfunctioning part causes codes in other areas, because its not giving a good reading to either one.
