Is my throttlebody broken? (pic)

Sorry about all these newb questions, but I was working on my IAC just now, and I was looking at my throttlebody where it connects to the IAC and this is what it looks like

so theres nothing strange about how there is no circle on the top right like how there is one on the bottom left?

Well, let hope there wasn't another circle, because that would mean there is some of that metal circle in your engine, most of use never see that since the gasket is normally on top of that, that is why it is hard to remember. Think it is fine as well, just like everyone said, clean it and you might benefit.
