Can't you take it back to the repair shop to fix it? They created the problem, they should be able to fix it.

Does it blow immediately when you hit the key or will it start and then it blows? If it blows as soon as you hit the key, unplug the f/p and try it again. If it doesn't blow the problem is most likely the pump. If it still blows, try unplugging the relay, same thing, if it doesn't blow it's prolly the relay. If it still blows after that, you have a short somewhere that will have to be tracked down. Also, make sure there is nothing else on the f/p circuit causeing the short.

well i found out why the fuse keeps popping. i looked at the fuel pump and there were zip ties around it thanks to the retard that owned the car before me. the pump sh*t the bed and melted the zip ties which explains the nasty smell when my plugs went out. so its time for a new pump what do you guys sugest i get? remember im carburated
