Same tick, tick, tick!

Could something be ticking in my heads from the timing being off? Again...I havent had the chance to pop her open and see what's wrong. I'm trying to avoid that cause it's my only means of transportation and I have work/school everyday...so dont think I'm a lazy **** or something lol.

Probably just too much valve lash. If its set to high they will do that
