Default Recalibration Speedo?

I've had 3.55 gears for awhile now and I'm finally going to recalibrate the speedo. I have a 94 GT and isn't there a gear I need to get to put in the trans or something? I have a World Class T-5? A part number would be great.

Thanks

Don't know the color or part number but someone posted the color chart, search for it and you'll see which one you need

I looked at that site and I'd need the 8 Tooth Drive Gear right? Also, how hard is it to put in?

not hard at all. just find the speedo cable where it enters the trans and there's usually one or two bolts at most holding the cover in place. pull the assembly out, replace the old gear with the new one, and reverse the process and you're done. use a drain pan under the trans as you might leak some gear oil when you do this and put the oil back in when you're done. piece of cake! when I did my AOD, I jacked up the car on the side with the gear hole up so the oil ran away from the hole and didn't spill a drop of ATF.

Sounds easy. Before I order, I want to make sure thats the right one, the 8 Tooth drive gear, right? Should it fit even though I have a World Class T-5?

what you want is the driven 23 tooth white gear, you are changing the driven gear not the drive gear that is 8 tooth
