AFR 165's run about $1200-1350 depending on web site

also check out the TrickFlow Twisted wdge top end kit.
$2200 and comes with heads, cam, timing chain, valve covers, push rods, rocker, intake manifold and gaskets.

http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...5&autoview=sku

doesnt flow as good as AFR 165's but pretty damn close and nice complete kit.

well i do not know a good price for those heads but if they are better than the twisted wedge heads from trickflow i would think expect around 1-2g's for them. but your pushrod will well push the springs on your the top of your head unless they are roller rockers and in turn your rocker arms will open and close your valves. just a basic explanation not in to much detail.

the cam is down in the block on these engines, not over head cam.
pushrods run thru the block down to cam and are what the cam pushes up
on to activate valves.
