yea i do sry i did not come back lol. the prothane bushings are to hard, they do not move enough. say if u did the whole car for a road race car, your suspension needs to move so much. with the prothane bushings u get what they call a roll stiffness meaning the body and suspension will not roll/move. if that happens you get to sliding around a lot because the car is to tight. stock bushings are better than the prothane bushings. but energy is by far the best.

Where did you read that? I'm not bashing you, I'm just curious b/c I've never heard that. Energy and Prothane have always had the same style/quality of products from what I've read.... My Prothane motor mounts don't seem to be any more stiff than the Energy mounts I looked at....I just want to make sure I didn't screw myself.....
