If it is the stock cable and quadrant, than your adjustment is automatic, which is terrible for a performance car. What you have to do is reach down, and pull the clutch pedal up as far as you can, this resets it so it can readjust. Note: it still will only readjust itself automatically, but sometimes it is better than how it was with the old clutch.
