I found it within 5 minutes when I was 16! Lol don't feel bad, it's frustrating. Oh and I can reach in there with my hands with no problems. Follow the vacuum line that runs towards the rear of the motor on the upper intake.

I swore I didn't have one on my car when I first got it....also, but sure to replace the metal filter under the valve.

i had some trouble at first bein able to get my hands in there. But i finally got it. It helps me to close my eyes when i feel around so i can concentrate more on what im feelin. kinda gay, but it works for me.
