Chassis work
Staring the chassis work real soon on my '84. Need to change the springs, rack/pinon (to a manual) and the struts.
Ok, is there a particular order you would do this in? Thanx....

RE: Chassis work
351; Got all the stuff now. I was wondering which of it to do first, second and like that.......
I've got all the tools BTW.....
Soon as I'm done with the front end, I'll go to be backend as I've got all that stuff too.
Then the fuel system, same story.
Been stashing parts since 9/05.......

RE: Chassis work
Your going to have to drop the strut so while its dropped put the springs in. To drop the control arm you have to disconnect the tie rod so just disconnect the streering shaft and pull the rack out. Get everything swapped at once and it will make it easier on you.
