Which shift kit is found to be the best and give best life to transmission?

both are good but niether will help with it lasting longer without a transcooler

I'm doing a 4cyl to 5.0 swap with AOD automatic. I am going to swap out the radiator also. Would you just get a radiator for a 5spd and get an external trans cooler and call it a day? or get one for an automatic and get a trans cooler also? Thanks.

standard radiator and a good sized trans cooler
