Default Clutch Cable

Replacing the cable and the quadrent won't release tension when pedal is lifted up, making it difficult to remove cable How can I get the self adjuster to relax?

Have you removed it from the clutch fork already? That needs to be done first, then the cable should have no tension on it at all.

Correct, just did one. Then you will have enough slack to get it off the quadrant!

Me too...last weekend. I had to take the seat out like you said. 6'4" doesn't bend like that!!!

I took pics so I could post them in a tech tip about changing the quadrant and stuff. I guess I need to get on the ball!
